Summer session (@MCTC) started yesterday - a painful sociology and a "f**king fun" (by Pr. Hergert) writing class.
I personally hate that sociology professor: everyone must sit in assigned seat though the whole summer; any one who doesn't show up for 2 classes, s/he will be automatically withdrawn from the class; no 遅刻, 早退, cell phone, laptop, homework, reading for other class, eating or chatting not related to the class are allowed, or one will lose the 2/3 of attendance points for that class; in 8 weeks, there will be 4 exams, 4 in class concept dictations, and a presentation (fortunately not much writing assignment[m:208])

I began to work in the lab from last Friday. The only found was, chemistry experiment is just like cooking - dissolve reagents (=raw food) into solvent (=water), heat and stir, wait for refluxing, cool down to room temp, and at last transfer to a container (=plate). But, the analytic work today was not fun at all. Hope we can do some functionalization of nanoparticles this Friday.

Japanese study is far behind my plan; two more chapters to read before tmr's sociology class; the worst is, my roommie just wastes time online everyday, waiting for me to cook after back home from work or classes, which has driven me crazy. [m:246]
